Troubleshooting
A compact reference for the problems users actually hit: install failures, sync delays, and inconsistent session state.
Most issues fall into one of three buckets: installation did not complete, browsers are not connected to the same account, or sync scope does not match expectations.
Extension Will Not Install
- Check whether the browser or device is managed by enterprise policy.
- Confirm the browser version is supported.
- Use the browser support page to verify compatibility before retrying.
Sessions Are Not Syncing
- Confirm every participating browser is logged into the same StayLogged account.
- Verify the target domain is actually included by your sync rules.
- Check whether the site uses anti-bot or device-binding behavior that prevents reuse.
Sync Is Delayed or Inconsistent
- Check network stability and reconnect browsers if needed.
- Review whether large state changes are still flushing.
- Avoid testing with too many domains at once during initial setup.
Still Blocked
If the issue persists, reduce the test case to one browser pair and one domain, verify behavior there, and only then expand scope again. Narrowing the setup is faster than debugging a broad configuration.
